Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 4evahorny (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through 4evahorny.com (the “Site”). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, to the extent they apply to us. We understand that what you buy from an adult store is private, and we treat order details with particular care.

1. What we collect

  • Identity and contact details: name, email, phone number (if provided), and billing and delivery addresses.
  • Order details: products purchased, order value, order history, delivery and tracking information, and correspondence about returns, refunds or claims.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by third-party providers (such as WooPayments/Stripe and PayPal). We receive limited details such as payment status and the last four digits of a card; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Age confirmation: our age gate stores a cookie to remember that you confirmed you are 18 or over. We do not keep the date of birth you enter.
  • Account information: login details and preferences, if you create an account.
  • Communications: messages you send through our contact form or by email, including photos you send for claims.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and cookie data.

2. Why we use it

  • To process, fulfil and deliver your orders discreetly, and to send order and shipping updates.
  • To handle returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law claims.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, misuse and unfounded chargebacks, and to protect our legal rights.
  • To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To send marketing emails, only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above, including with:

  • Suppliers and fulfilment partners who pack and ship your order (your name, delivery address, phone number and order contents).
  • Couriers and postal services.
  • Payment providers such as WooPayments/Stripe and PayPal.
  • Service providers that host and run our store, for example our web host (Hostinger), WooCommerce and its plugins, email delivery and analytics tools (such as Google).
  • Professional advisers, and authorities where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your order contents with advertisers.

4. Overseas disclosure

Some of our suppliers and service providers (such as payment, hosting, email and analytics providers) may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States, the European Union, Singapore and Lithuania. By using the Site or placing an order you consent to this, and you acknowledge that overseas recipients may not be subject to privacy laws equivalent to the Australian Privacy Principles. We take reasonable steps to share only what is needed.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your age confirmation, keep your cart and login working, measure traffic and improve the Site, and help prevent fraud. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site (including the age gate and checkout) may not work properly.

6. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations (generally at least 5 years for tax records), and then delete or de-identify them.

If we become aware of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will act in line with applicable law, including the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme where it applies.

7. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you through our Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time (usually 30 days). We may need to verify your identity.

If you have a privacy complaint, contact us with the details and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

8. Adults only

The Site is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by publishing a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows when it was last changed.
